🟒 Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • It is within 14 days of receiving your order

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • All accessories, tags, and inserts are included

  • You provide a valid order number or receipt

⚠️ Installed or used grips cannot be returned due to hygiene and performance integrity reasons.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or partially installed grips

  • Customized or custom-branded products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

🚚 Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not entered production or shipping. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.


🎁 Gift Returns

If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit after the return is approved. If the gift was not marked as such, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
